After studying dynamics of the estate’s soil, three more international varieties were grown: Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah, known for producing high quality wines. Later on Dimitris; owner of the winery proceeded to grow excellent Greek grape varieties. The fine Malagousia, the fiery Asirtiko and the plush Agiorgitiko were added to the arsenal of the winemaker.
