The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. No fining or filtration. Aging in new and second year French oak barrels for 16 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the nose the wine shows aromas of black forest fruit (bramble, cherry), as well as floral notes (rose) and some sweet spiciness.
