[Style/Color: Sparkling (Champagne)] [Dryness: Dry]
[Variety: Rosé Cuvée and Pinot Noir]
This charismatic blended rosé expresses the generous character of the Pinot Noir.
Harvested entirely by hand in successive passes according to optimal ripeness, with careful sorting carried out in the vineyard. The grapes are transported immediately to the winery in small perforated boxes to preserve their quality. For the white component, vinification begins with slow pneumatic pressing, with the “taille” fractions excluded, followed by static settling, light sulphiting, and fermentation with selected yeasts, completing with natural malolactic fermentation and gentle filtration after cold stabilisation. The red component undergoes manual bunch sorting, full destemming, and gravity-fed vatting, with a gentle maceration under a submerged cap and around six days of fermentation in tank. The wine is then aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months before disgorgement with a low dosage of 6 g/l, preserving its purity and balance.
Clear and intense pink in colour. The nose is expressive and complex, revealing a mix of red berries including wild strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, and redcurrants, complemented by subtle spice notes such as Sichuan pepper. On the palate, it is full, vibrant, and very fruity, with lively acidity and silky tannins providing structure. The finish is long, refreshing, and persistent. Enjoy within the first three years for its youthful vibrancy, or wait up to 10 years for greater complexity.
