Pre-fermentation maceration was carried out cold for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in French oak vats. This was followed by a 90-day post-fermentation maceration. The batch aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging.
A garnet-colored wine with slight evolution and a deep aroma, revealing ripe wild berries alongside balsamic notes, dark chocolate, and a hint of camphor. The solid structure envelops elegant tannins, with fine acidity lending great freshness to the whole. A peppery and very long finish, with great aging potential.
