From high-altitude vineyards above 700 meters, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel with skin maceration to craft an orange wine style. Fermentation is natural and spontaneous, with low sulphite addition, and the wine is bottled unfiltered to preserve its character and texture.
Amber in colour, the wine shows intense aromas of lychee, quince, peach and mango. The palate is dry and very refreshing, with lively acidity, making it a fun and easy wine to glug.
