AVENTURA

Sourced from high-altitude vineyards above 600 metres, planted on stony calcareous clay soils known as canto rodado, the wine reflects both freshness and structure. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks to preserve purity and terroir expression, followed by maturation on fine lees in concrete to enhance texture and complexity. The wine is bottled unfiltered, maintaining its natural character and depth.

Medium+ ruby in colour. The nose is intense and expressive, showing vibrant aromas of raspberry and cherry, complemented by subtle hints of liquorice, white pepper, and delicate floral notes of violet.
