Barbaresco DOCG NOCE GRANDE

Village of Barbaresco, NOCE GRANDE vineyard position is South-West facing.

Grapes are destemmed and pressed, fermented on the skins in heat-controlled steel tanks for 15 days. Maceration continues for another 40 days with submerged cap. The wine then matures in wood for 24 months before continuing its ageing in the bottle for 6 months.

Garnet red in colored. Intense note, with fruity aromas of marasca cherries and hints of violets. Spicy notes of black pepper and liquorice. In the mouth dry, warm and soft, showing a long, rich, velvety flavour with soft, spicy and mentholated aftertaste.
