It comes from Basque and means ‘thinking head’ in reference to the former King of the Kingdom of Navarra Eneko Aritza. The image shows Aritza ascending through the forest when he lost the crown.

Spontaneously fermented in 1,000 liter French oak foudres. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months in used 600L barrels.
Floral, elegant nose, forest fruits with a mineral background. In the mouth it is elegant, broad, with magnificent acidity, soft tannin and magnificent length.
