Vineyard in località Mizzole, between 200 and 250 meters above sea level.Calcareous soil. Fully south exposed. Organically managed. Withering from mid-September for 90-100 days with natural weight decline of 60%. Scrupulous care and control of the integrity and health of the bunch in the drying loft. Soft pressing of the grapes in December/January, followed by 30-days of fermentation with controlled temperature and maceration. The wine obtained by pressing ages in 30hl Slavonia oak barrels for 12 months. Further evolution on its own yeast for the next 12 months. Further 12 months aging in bottle.
Intense red garnet colour. Fine ethereal, fruity fragrant, fresh bouquet. Velvet smooth, rich cherrysweet taste.
Total acidity 6.4 g/l; Residual sugar 130 g/l; Dry extract 34 g/l.
