Soft pressing of the grapes and filtering of the must before it is fermented in pressure tanks (Charmat methode) at low temperature.
Light straw yellow color. Fresh, aromatic, fruity bouquet, with notes of banana, white flowers and citrus fruits. Sweet, fragrant taste, with an elegant and persistent perlage.
Alcohol 7,5% Vol; Total acidity 6,3 g/l; Residual sugar 90 g/l; Pressure 4 atm bar.
