Preserving our history should be as obligatory as anything else. Ancient knowledge, sustained by the empirical understanding of generations, provides us with a richer future if we know how to preserve and interpret it. For many years, the ancient lands of the Sado River have been known for their viticultural potential. At the epicenter of all existing grape varieties is Castelao. Widely recognized, it is in the Setúbal Peninsula that it can show its maximum splendor. Aggressive and demanding in its early stages, with great concentration and aromatic complexity, it makes the perfect marriage with the right wood. It allows for almost timeless aging and takes us back to the wines of another era. This is our commitment.
