The vineyards are cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides or systemic products. Soft and slow pressing of the grapes, spontaneous thermo-controlled fermentation. Age one year on the fine lees in steel tanks with light battonage and at least 12 months in bottle.

The color is clear, medium intensity golden yellow. Floral, fruity with a warm sensation and final notes of flint, mineral hints that fade into notes of chamomile.
