2000 bottles produced, blanc de Garnatxa Negra

100% hand harvested, gently pressed at low pressure without maceration. Fermented in stainless steel following a light racking. Held in tank sur lie for 11 months throughout the following year to allow for the wine to evolve and integrate. Bottled in July 2024. Aged entirage for a minimum of 18 months prior to disgorgement. No SO2 was used at disgorgement, and zero dosage was added to preserve mineral purity. All bottles are topped with the same wine.
