Cuvée de mon Aïeul Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Carefully select specific vineyard plots to create this cuvée. Only vines between 75 and 90 years old are used in the final blend, sourced from plots in La Crau, Les Bédines, and Les Serres. We did not destem the grapes for this vintage, and the fermentation process, which lasts 30 to 40 days, is temperature-controlled.

The "Cuvée de mon Aïeul" is a pure and concentrated wine. The nose is very complex with notes of raspberries, licorice, and spices. It is a powerful wine of great elegance.
