Graciano

Minority grape in DOCa Rioja, it is one of the best adapted to the future climate because of its good acidity content. Grapes from a small vineyard in Labastida, on chalky-clay soil. 600 m of altitud. Date of harvest: 29th September 2022.

Hand picked using 18 kg cages. Destemmed, not crushed. Alcoholic fermentation in open vat. 12 months of aging in a 500L new oak barrel.

Bright ruby red colour. Fresh aromas on the nose, opening into more spicy hints. Balanced on the palate, with a refreshing acidity, very tasty and vibrant. Silky tannins and a long-lasting finish.
