Garnacha Blanca

Grapes from a single vineyard at high altitude, a mountain vineyard, hand-harvested and then vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of fruit and then we let it rest on fine lees for 4 months to create texture and aromatics.

Pale lemon color, intense aromas of white flowers, jazmine and fresh stone fruit like melon, cantaloupe and pear.
