Distinguished and powerful. This wine comes from our oldest vineyards and achieves great aromatic complexity. Looked after with all of our affection, the wine is generous and powerful. It manages to transport us to our best lived moments.

The grapes come from our oldest vineyards, located near the winery in Villabuena de Álava in Rioja Alavesa, where vines over 50 years old contribute to the wine’s aromatic complexity. It is aged in a new barrel which is 70% French and 30% American oak.

Medium-intensity cherry red with glimmers of black cherry on the rim, clean and bright. The nose is complex, intense and elegant, with notes of white pepper, cinnamon, orange blossom, violet, blackberry, fruit compote, aromatic herbs and cocoa. The palate starts fresh, pleasant and smooth, with a round and velvety texture and well-integrated tannins, leading to a long finish supported by its balanced structure.
