After crushing and destemming, follows gentle pressing with 60% run juice yield. 10 days fermentation occurs under controlled temperature of 14° C. After ranking, inox vat ageing for 5 months, plus 3 months bottle refining.

Straw yellow with greenish hints, showing a fresh and delicate, yet complex nose with floral aromas of peach blossoms, rosehip, and elderflower, layered with green notes of sage and herbs, and fruity hints of melon and peach, complemented by subtle candied nuances. On the palate, it is harmonious and elegantly structured, with aromatic intensity and freshness, finishing with a refined, lingering almond aftertaste.
