Il Tralcetto Raboso del Piave DOC

After crushing and destemming, follows a 5 days cold pre-fermentative maceration at 3/4° C. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur under controlled temperature at maximum 24°C. After racking the wine is first aged for 30 months in oak casks, then follows 6 months ageing in stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured for 6 months in bottle before the release on the market.

Straw yellow in colour, the wine shows an intense and elegant nose with fruity notes of peach and citrus, complemented by a delicate touch of nutmeg spice.
