Il Tralcetto Sauvignon Veneto IGT

After crushing and destemming, follows a 10 hours cryomaceration. Gentle pressing produces run juice, which ferments on selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 12° C. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees before racking and filtration. At least 3 months bottle aging.

Straw yellow in colour with greenish hints, the wine shows a deep, fresh and vibrant nose with aromas of fruit, flowers and green vegetables, where notes of green pepper and elderflower meet peach and exotic fruits, lifted by a balsamic touch. The palate is elegant and harmonious, with a well-balanced structure combining fresh, savoury green notes with round, soft hints of exotic fruit.
