Poeira Vinha Ímpar 2018 is more than a wine — it is a rarity. Produced only in exceptional years , this red wine comes from a vineyard with its own personality, located at an altitude of 350 metres , in the Douro region of Provesende , at Quinta do Poeira .

This result of a meticulous selection of vineyards that only reveal their true greatness in extraordinary harvests. Fermented in a traditional wine press and aged for 20 months in French oak barrels , followed by a period of 5 years in the bottle , ensuring rare evolution, depth and elegance .

Deep ruby with brownish reflections due to ageing in the bottle. Complex notes of ripe black fruits, graphite, spices, cigar box and balsamic touch. Structured, enveloping and vibrant. Firm tannins, well-integrated acidity and a long, persistent finish with layers of flavor.
