Direct pressing of the whole bunch, with controlled hyperoxidation during pressing. Alcoholic fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Then, the wine is transferred to used 600L French oak barrels where the fermentation ends, including
malolactic, and where it will remain for 10 months before being bottled.

On the nose aromas of white fruit and citrus notes. In the mouth it shows acidity and magnificent Grand Cru minerality that gives it incredibly long length.
