MANTTONI Rioja

Manttoni is the name chosen to evoke an elf on the rise, referring to that Basque woman from the old world.  

1800 bottles produced 

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in used 1.000 litre French oak foudres. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months in used 600L barrels.

Fruity, mature, elegant and fine nose, with light spicy touches. On the palate, magnificent acidity and soft tannins with eternal length.
