Vino Blanco (Maturana Blanca)

Maturana Blanca is a local grape variety, a minority in Rioja, of very high quality, cultivated in Navarrete for centuries under the name of Ribadavia.

Direct whole bunches pressing. Alcoholic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels of 500L and 225L, and inox, for 9 months. Batonnage for the first 2 months. Blending of the 3 containers before bottling. Date of bottling: 22 july 2025.

Delicate and fresh on the nose, with white flowers, citrus and herbs. Pronounced acidity, giving structure and length on the palate, with even a saline hint.
