OTTO Rosado Rioja

Otto is the name of a 'dancing Nietzsche', a wine that is neither white nor red, neither male nor female, it is a play on words for a rosé of good colour.

2000 bottles produced 

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in foudres and subsequent aging in used 500-litre French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place. 10 months aging in the same barrels.

On the nose, aromas of sweets, ripe red fruits and scrubland. In the mouth it does not leave you indifferent, with a freshness and a sensational length with good acidity that makes you repeat.
