[Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon]
Paya Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a vineyard planted in 1959 in San Jorge, Los Niches, known for its balance and age. The valley's climatic conditions, influenced by the Andes mountain range, allow for a slow and complete ripening of the grapes, resulting in a wine with great character. On the nose, it stands out with concentrated red fruits, plum, clove, white pepper, and graphite. Its 24-month aging in French oak adds complexity, mature tannins, and a long, elegant, and persistent finish.
Deep red in colour. The nose is complex and expressive, offering concentrated red berries and plum, layered with hints of clove, white pepper and graphite. On the palate, the wine clearly reflects its terroir, showing richness alongside fresh notes of red fruits and spices. The tannins are mature and well integrated, with the oak adding structure and depth, leading to a long and thoroughly enjoyable finish.
