PONIENTE

A blend of 85% Cariñena and 15% Garnacha from high-altitude vineyards (800+ m) on clay and stony soils (canto rodado and cascajo). Each variety is fermented separately and then matured in French oak before bottling unfiltered to preserve its natural character and expression.

Deep ruby red in colour, the wine shows a perfumed nose of red fruits and dried raspberry, layered with floral notes of lavender and hints of liquorice. Secondary aromas of sweet spice, cocoa and a subtle touch of ash add further complexity.
