Balance. A lengthy selection in the vineyard and very detailed work in the winery produce an elegant and strong wine. It shows the balance that reflects our spirit and our philosophy. Because of its harmonious nature this wine is ideal to be enjoyed at any time amongst select company.

The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery's own vineyards over 50 years old. The grapes are then macerated at a cool temperature in stainless steel vats. The wine is made carefully with meticulous aging in oak barrels for 14 months in 60% French oak barrels and 40% American oak. The wine will evolve well in the bottle.

Deep cherry red in colour with minimal evolution at the rim, the wine shows an intense and elegant nose with hints of ripe red fruit, complemented by mineral notes and toasted oak. The palate is robust, with red fruit and toasted nuances, leading to a long and balanced finish.
