Grapes come from ferrous clay soils. The wine is fermented in stainless steel, with 70% subsequently aged in 500L American oak puncheons. Made with minimal intervention, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its full character and intensity.

Deep violet in colour, the wine shows intense aromas of raspberry and cherry, complemented by hints of vanilla, cedar and tobacco. The palate reveals a vibrant fruit core with soft, ripe tannins, leading to a long, smooth finish.
